A handful of chargers right in town, with more in Ripon and Harrogate
Pateley Bridge has its own EV charging point just a couple of minutes' drive from the High Street, with faster and more plentiful options a short drive away in Ripon and Harrogate if you need them.
The closest charging point is at Southlands Car Park, right by the river and only a couple of minutes' drive from the High Street. It has several 7kW Type 2 chargers, run by Connected Kerb, which is fine for a top-up while you are exploring the town but will take a few hours for a fuller charge.
If you need a rapid charge, the nearest is in Ripon, about 11 miles away, which has a 60kW+ rapid charging hub just off the A61. Harrogate, around 14 miles away, has a wider spread of options including ultra-rapid chargers, plus slower chargers dotted around its car parks and supermarkets.
If you are heading further up the dale towards Lofthouse and Middlesmoor, it is worth topping up before you go, since provision thins out quickly beyond Pateley Bridge.
